Tips
Small changes lead to big things. There is no shortcut to progress but there are certainly easy to implement and integrate tips, that can have a huge impact.
The best time to start is 'Now'.
Mindset
How you start your day, sets the tone for how the rest of your day unfolds.
You feel time goes fast, it does. But when we take a moment to celebrate even the smallest victories, we gain perspective on how we invested our time.
Whether you think you 'can do it' or you think you 'can't do it', you're right.
Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass; it's about learning to dance in the rain. Being resilient and finding joy in every moment.
Something 'difficult' becomes 'easy' once you start doing it. You will realise it's your mind that labels it as 'difficult'.
Think of your mind as a muscle: the more you exercise it with positivity and possibility, the stronger it becomes.
Before you drift off to sleep, ask a question that's been on your mind.
Trust your subconscious to work it's magic while you rest, bringing clarity and insight eventually.
Don't know where to start with a project. Get clear on what you want, break it into small, achievable steps. No one climbed Mount Everest in one go.
Everyday Hacks
Feeling stuck, not knowing where to go next. Start writing down what's on your mind, it will help you structure your thoughts.
When you commit to something, follow through - it's a promise to yourself.
Sticking to your word builds trust and confidence in your own abilities. It's like depositing money into a bank account.
Who do you want to be in 1 year from now? Write it down, envision your daily live in detail, incl. the emotions you associate with it. Put the paper where you see it every day. Define an action plan how to get there.
Procrastinating on something? Identify the reason: No interest, being overwhelmed, not knowing where to start?
Understanding why we procrastinate is necessary to overcome it. Your cost of inaction is ultimately higher than your cost of action.
